Practical support for busy businesses, creative teams and people who need things handled.
A2B LIVE provides flexible remote operations, administrative and virtual assistant support to businesses, teams and individuals who need reliable help keeping things organised and moving.

Founded by Ash, A2B LIVE draws on 15+ years of experience across travel, entertainment, music, events, operations, and administration. Having worked behind the scenes with artists, production teams, travel companies and corporate organisations, Ash understands how quickly priorities can change and how valuable it is to have someone dependable who can take ownership and get things done.

A2B LIVE began with a focus on travel and touring logistics, supporting complex international travel, live productions and performance-led projects. That experience remains an important part of A2B LIVE, but the skills behind it are much broader.
Organisation. Coordination. Communication. Problem-solving.

These skills translate across almost any business.

A2B LIVE can provide practical support with day-to-day administration, inbox management, research, customer and client communication, scheduling, document management, travel coordination, project support and general operational tasks.

For creative businesses and entertainment clients, this can extend to supporting productions, artists, events, touring teams and other fast-moving projects where flexibility, discretion and attention to detail are essential.

The aim isn't to simply complete a list of tasks. It's to become a reliable extension of your business, understanding what needs to happen, keeping track of the details and taking things off your plate.

Whether you need a few hours of support each week, help with a specific project or someone to provide ongoing operational assistance, A2B LIVE offers a flexible approach that can adapt to your needs.

You focus on your business.

Help keep everything else moving.
